  2. Strokes: Participants will learn the four basic strokes in tennis: forehand, backhand, volley, and serve. They will receive instruction on proper technique and footwork and practice these strokes through drills and games.
  3. Strategy and shot selection: Participants will learn about the different types of shots used in tennis, such as the topspin forehand, slice backhand, and drop shot. They will also learn basic strategies for moving their opponent and hitting the ball effectively.
  4. Footwork and movement: Participants will learn about the proper footwork and movement required to play tennis, including split steps, forward and backward movement, and lateral movement.
  5. Point play and game simulation: Participants will practice playing points and games, incorporating the skills they have learned throughout the course. They will also have the opportunity to compete against each other and learn how to adjust their game based on their opponent’s playing style.
